Apple sponge cake with walnuts

Ingredients
3 apples
3 eggs
150 g walnuts
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1 cup (200 g) sugar
flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 vanilla powder

Method
Apples are peeled and grated. Add to eggs, ground walnuts, the oil, sugar and flour until a cake dough (not too thick). Add baking powder and vanilla. All mix well and pour into greased and sprinkled with flour cake form and bake in a moderate oven. Optional top can line up apples into thin slices and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
