Apple strudel - II type

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
180 g butter
1 egg
6-7 apples
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3-4 tbsp raisins
4-5 tbsp walnuts
1 vanilla powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
To the flour, add chopped pieces of butter, egg, sugar and a little hot water . Kneaded dough, which was allowed to stand in the cold for 1 hour. Spread half the batter in the bottom of a greased baking dish with butter. Top rank cut into rings apples, sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins and chopped nuts oehovi and cover with the second half of the dough. Shtrudelat bake in a moderate oven until browned. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, vanilla yaromatizirana.
