Aromatic chicken pieces with melted cheese and wine

Ingredients
500 g pilesho fillet
300 g mushrooms
4-5 pickles
3-4 red peppers preserved
processed feta cheese
150 ml white wine
2 tbsp flour
black pepper, salt
spices of your choice
Method
Chicken meat is cut into small pieces and fry until golden, then put in a baking dish. At the same sunflower oil, fry the mushrooms. Then add flour and fry slightly. Mushrooms to put the white wine and stir well with a little warm water until a slurry. Chicken to put pickles and red peppers, cut into strips, salt, pepper and whatever spices you like. Watering all with mushrooms and sauce, and add processed cheese. Dot and bake for about 40 minutes in preheated oven.
