1 kg tiny baby potatoes
250 g mushrooms
250 g fillet
250 g cheese
sunflower oil

Method
Cook potatoes in salted water. Place in a pan with more oil to fry until browned. Removed in a wide bowl. The fat from the pan pour into another container, leaving only 1-2 spoons in it. Place tenderloin, cut into small cubes and chopped mushrooms. Distributed over the potatoes. Grate the cheese is on top and bake in upper wire to thawing.
