Baby potatoes with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg baby potatoes
# For the sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup + yogurt or only 1 cup yogurt
1 bunch green onions
1 tsp fresh thyme
salt, pepper
Method
Potatoes are cleaned using a brush and larger cut. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water. When a boil reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. For the sauce mix in a small bowl, cream, yoghurt, onions and chopped thyme. Stir vigorously and seasoned with salt and pepper. Chips are served in a large flat dish. In the middle put the bowl with the sauce and potatoes are arranged around it. You can decorate with lettuce leaves or twigs curly parsley.
