Baked with buckwheat and cottage cheese

Ingredients
600 g boiled buckwheat
250 g cottage cheese
40 g sugar
egg 1
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1-2 tbsp melted butter
300 g cream
salt
Method
Buckwheat boiled thick porridge. After cooling down, add the cottage cheese, the salt, the sugar, the butter, egg and mix. Pour into greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan. Top smeared with cream and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
