Thin sausage with potatoes in the oven

1 kg thin sausage
500 g potatoes
2 onions
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
2 tsp paprika
pinch savory
1 tbsp flour, blurred water

In a saucepan sauté chopped onion and carrot in large pieces. Once softened add the chopped potatoes into large cubes, grated tomato and spices. Make a cup of water and sauté for about 5-10 minutes. Pour into pan and arrange pieces of sausage, cut into pieces and curved in the shape of a horseshoe, as the edges are pinned onto a toothpick. Make a little water, add flour and sprinkle with 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil. Bake in an oven until ready.
