Banitsa with carrots

Ingredients
400 g peel
400 g carrots
1 cup sugar
1 cup walnuts
cinnamon
sunflower oil or butter
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Carrots are grated and mixed with sugar and a little cinnamon the walnuts. Two sheets are sprayed with a little sunflower oil and put carrot mixture. Wound on a roll and line up in a circle from the middle of the greased pan with sunflower oil. Once ordered all banitsa, spray the top with sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven. Once out, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Oh, Nelly! I made it very often! Only the top then add the eggs, milk and sugar, froth, and then bake it! It gorgeous! Carrots to go and one grated apple and juice of one lemon!
