Ingredients
3 skinless sausages
600 g tomatoes (canned - 1 jar)
5-6 pickles or mushrooms (canned)
300 g feta cheese
500 g filo pastry sheets (1 package)
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp fenugreek
# TOPPING:
3 eggs
1/3 cup sunflower oil
10 g baking powder (1 packet)

Method
The skinless sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes are cut. Stir in crushed feta cheese. Spread in pan and put it 1/3 of sheet, half stuffing and spices, the second 1/3 of the sheet, the remaining filling and cover with the remaining pastry. Cut like a pizza, pour a highly heated sunflower oil. Pour in beaten eggs with baking powder and bake in very hot oven until ready.
