Banitsi with smoked bacon

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
oil
1 egg
# For the filling:
200 g smoked bacon
4 eggs
100 ml sour cream
50-100 g parmesan
2 feathers onion
1 tsp mustard
pepper

Method
Bacon and onions cut into in small pieces and can be put into a blender, add them to the cream, eggs, grated parmesan or other feta cheese of your choice, mustard and pepper and stir well. Tray smeared with olive oil (you and butter, but with bacon and eggs in combination will become quite severe), and it ranked wound into rolls banitsi, in each of which are placed in 3 tablespoons of stuffing. Finally coated with a beaten egg and put in strong hot oven. The banitsi ready after acquiring reddish-brown color.

ace looks very tasty I did not peel with ace finished dough as snacks
