Bavarian salad with sausage and onion

Ingredients
350 g smoked sausage
200 g cheese
4 red onion
4 pickles
1 bunch spring onions
1/2 bunch parsley
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp cream
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 tsp hot mustard
freshly ground white pepper
salt
Method
Sausage cut into strips, cheese - cubes, red onion - thin rings and pickles - strips. Mayonnaise mix of foam and cream, vinegar and mustard and season with salt and white pepper. The ingredients are put in a deep bowl, add chopped onion and coarsely chopped parsley. Pour the sauce and mix. Lettuce was allowed to stand for 15 minutes, after which serves decorated optional.

Delicious salad is the wolf, but is more suitable for winter.
