BBQ Chicken wings with white sauce

Ingredients
14 chicken wings
1 cup coarse salt
2 cup water
1 and 1/2 tbsp garam masala (an Indian spice mix) or a mixture of spices of your choice
1 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
2 cup drained yogurt
2 tsp caraway
2 carrots
mint
Method
Sauce: In a dry pan for about 2 minutes a mistake, caraway seed, constantly stirring them until discoloration. Once cool them grind. Grate carrots, mix with milk, cumin, mint, salt and pepper. Sosa has to stand for several hours in the refrigerator. Cut the tips of the wings and divide them into two in the crook. In a saucepan, combine the water and salt. Marinate the wings in the brine, coated and cold of from 2 to 24 hours. Rinse and dry well, and then thoroughly brush with sunflower oil and garam masala. Bake BBQ until golden brown, 8-10 minutes on each side. Ready wings are served with sauce splashed or sauce served separately.
