Bead Soup with Spinach

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
300 g spinach
1 sprig fresh onion
50 g onion
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried savory
5 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp rice
50 g sour milk
1 egg
Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed well and drain (to remain almost dry). In minced meat is cut fresh onions (white part only), add the breadcrumbs and savory. Kneaded and pressed small balls. In a saucepan heat the oil and put the finely cut onion to choke about 3-4 minutes. Add chopped spinach and cook until the fat remains. The washed rice is placed in spinach for about 1-2 minutes and continue to stir. Then pour hot water - the amount is according to the desired density. Once boiling add the balls of minced meat and then standby balls off. Make a soup thickener from the egg and milk.
