Beans with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g beans
2 red peppers
1 carrot
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp chutney
mint
savory
salt
1 vegetable stock cube
1 onion
sunflower oil
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
Beans soak the evening with water. In the morning, put on the stove and when the water boils, pour, rinse well and put in a pressure cooker with sliced ​​carrots, peppers, half an onion, chilli pepper and sunflower oil eye to boil for about 50 minutes. After downloading is poured into another pot, add a little water and boil for 10 minutes. Fry the rest of the onion, add the red pepper, cayenne, grated tomatoes, chutney, few beans and stir. The mixture is poured in beans, along with vegetable broth, mint, savory and salt to taste. Allow to boil the beans for about 5 min.
