Beef tail with tomato and bulgur

Ingredients
1-2 veal tails
2 onions
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
canned tomatoes (4-5 fresh tomatoes)
1 cup bulgur
salt, parsley

Method
Well washed calf tails are cut into pieces. Boil (preferably in a pressure cooker) and allow it to boil, the robbery is 3-4 times foam generated and then close the lid. Do not add salt. After the boil and poizstinat is removed and cut into the meat. In the heated sunflower oil stew the chopped onion. Add meat, coarsely chopped tomatoes, the bulgur and 2-2 and 1/2 cup strained broth. Salt. When the bulgur swell, sprinkle with chopped parsley. The dish can be prepared with other meat.
