Biscuits with dates

300 g flour
150 g of powdered sugar
135 g coconut
100 g soft butter
100 g pitted dates
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp dark rum
1 egg
pinch of salt
vanilla, cinnamon
Dates are cut into small pieces and mix with the flour, coconut and salt. In a separate bowl, break the butter with powdered sugar. You can not use a mixer, stir it with a fork. Add egg, and the mixture is well stirred until it becomes homogeneous. Pour a milk and rum. Liquid ingredients are poured into the mixture with the flour. Knead into a soft dough, which should gather into a ball. If necessary, add a little more milk or flour. The dough is formed into a wick 3 cm in diameter. Wrap in foil (nylon) and left for 30 minutes in a refrigerator. fuse unscrewed from fthe oil. Cut to size washers 1 cm. The oven is heated to 180 C. Suitable tray covered with baking paper.
