Bites puff pastry stuffed with spicy

Ingredients
150 g ham
150 g cheese
2-3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp parsley
nutmeg
1 clove garlic
2 onions
1 tbsp butter
250 g spinach
150 g smoked salmon
500 g puff Teco (2 packets)
2 yolks
sesame
salt
pepper
Method
Ham cut into cubes and mix with grated cheese, sour cream and chopped parsley. This filling is seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Garlic and onions are peeled, chopped and lightly fried in butter. They add the washed and chopped spinach. Once this stuffing choke, add salt and added to it diced salmon. Both fillings are distributed on sheets of puff pastry, wrap up and put in a cold pan. Yolks are broken down with a little water and smeared them with puff dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in oven at 200 C (fan oven - 180 C) for about 25 minutes. When it's ready, cut into chunks.
