Blood sausage with spicy sauce

Ingredients
300 g blood sausage
3 tbsp sunflower oil
red pepper, salt, 1 tbsp chili

Method
The blood sausage cut into pieces about 1 cm wide, which are fried in a hot sunflower oil for about 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. Add 1/2 tsp red pepper, chili and salt it. Mix and immediately pour 1 cup hot water. Mix well, quickly replace the lid and allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Optional can add pepper and parsley.

This goes much pudding with a sauce of crushed garlic and vinegar. Go for it.
