Bread of sach - outbreak

Ingredients
2 kg of flour (and extra for rolling out)
500 ml warm water
4 packets of dry yeast
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
150 ml olive oil
# spreads:
250 g soft butter
2 cloves garlic (maybe more)

Method
Mix the flour with the yeast, sugar and salt dissolve in water. In the flour is poured olive oil, crease is lumpy, then make up little by little water to medium stiff dough. Leave to rise. Light the fire, put it a big sach if metal is placed in inverted bottom up. Pluck balls of dough, rolled in a very thin and wide as sprinkle with flour. Put on inverted sach. The easiest way is by taking a rolling pin and rolled develop on saci. Bake until they brown spots turn around. Daub is optional with the butter, mixed with pressed garlic.
