The meat is cut into long strips. Grate the cheese grater to finely and mix with beaten eggs. Meat add salt, add some flour, then in egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs. Breaded meat is pressed palms so as to obtain a more elongated shape. Again Fried egg mixture and fry in heated butter.
