Breaded cutlet of meat cooked in the oven

Ingredients
800 g pork (Box boneless)
Kim
paprika
2 cloves garlic
2 cup broth or salted hot water
1 cup breadcrumbs
frying fat
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
# For the sauce:
1-2 pickles
1 tbsp flour
1 onion
mustard
pinch of sugar
Method
The meat is released from excess fat , wrapped in cloth and hammered. Rub thoroughly with crushed with 1/4 tsp salt and caraway seeds pinch of paprika. The prepared meat is placed in a container on cut fat and cooked in a preheated oven, such as watering every 5 minutes with the hot broth, which is boiled garlic. After 30 minutes, the flesh is removed from the oven and allowed to cool in its sauce. With a sharp knife, cut into slices, which PANIC in thick pancake dough made from eggs, milk and flour, beaten with a pinch of salt, then in bread crumbs and fry quickly in very hot oil until golden. In the meat sauce dissolve the flour and separately cooked onions, boil, and rub through a sieve, then add chopped into small cubes pickles, mustard, sugar and salt to taste.
