Briyam with zucchini

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 kg zucchini
3-4 ripe tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley
salt, pepper
1 cup sunflower oil

Method
Cut the potatoes and zucchini slices and parsley and garlic finely. Peel tomatoes and grated them. Salted potatoes and squash in a baking dish arrange row potatoes, zucchini line, part of the confusion with parsley and garlic, tomatoes, and again potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes. Pouring the oil and bake for about 90 minutes at 200 C.
