Buckwheat with chicken liver

1 cup buckwheat
2 onions
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
300-400 g chicken livers
1 beef bouillon cube (or of your choice, and can only salt)
spices optional

Buckwheat Bake in a hot dry pan with continuous stirring for 1-2 minutes (nipples are cracked while popcorn). So treated buckwheat cooked faster - about 10 minutes. I variant: Finely chopped onion stew in fat, add well washed livers. Stew under lid until ready livers. Add buckwheat, cube broth, spices and 2 cups hot water. Stew for another ten minutes. II version: Finely chopped onion stew in some of the fat. Add buckwheat, 2 cups hot water, bouillon cube and spices. Boil for 10 minutes. This mixture can be used to prepare vegan dolmas or stuffed peppers. Livers fry in the remaining oil. Add salt is. When serving buckwheat is used as a garnish to livers with suitable according to season salad.
