Ingredients
          1 cup bulgur
          1 bouillon cube with taste optional
          600-700 g smoked sausage
          2 stalks celery
          2 carrots
          1 onion
          400 g mushrooms
          2 small or 1 large apple
          thyme, salt and pepper

          Method
              The bulgur Boil 2 1/2 - 3 cups water with bouillon cube. Fry sausage and removed from the pan. To the separated fat add chopped celery, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Shortly before the vegetables are ready add the sliced apples. Add thyme (1 tsp or to taste). The bulgur, sausage and vegetables mix and flavor with more thyme, salt and pepper, if needed.     * Originally, it was (quite modified) stuffing for baked acorn squash. The filling was very tasty, but in combination with pumpkin did not get better.
