Buns Dora

500 g flour
150 g feta cheese
200 ml lukewarm water
42 g fresh yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
250 g butter
100 g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Yeast is left to rise about 10 minutes broken down 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp sugar. To this was added other products without the feta cheese and the butter, until a soft dough that does not stick. Allow about 30 minutes, covered with a towel in a warm place. After standing was cut and form balls the size of a walnut. Each ball is immersed in molten butter. Marbles lining in sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray off of each other. Pour in the remaining butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and between balls crushed the feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 C for approximately 45 minutes.
