Buns with jam

Ingredients
200 ml warm myalko
50 g butter or margarine
2 eggs, one for dough, the other spreads
4-5 tbsp sugar peak
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 vanilla
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
jam or sweet fruit
# For sprinkling:
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
2-2 and 1/2 cup flour

Method
In the warm milk dissolve yeast, add 1 tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp flour, mix well and leave for 10 minutes. The butter is melted, add the egg, sugar, vanilla, salt and the oil, mix everything well, add yeast and everything is added to the sifted flour. Involved smooth dough, cover and leave for an hour - hour and a half. When the dough rise part with oiled hands of 11-12 balls. Pan or form namaslyava well. Each ball is stretched and in the center is less than or sweet jam. If jam or jam are more rare is better to add a little flour or bread crumbs to them. The ends are clipped very well. Arrange a distance from one another, cover and leave for 20 minutes. During this time, with a bowl put the flour, the butter and sugar (product tracking) and rub with your fingers to make crumbs. Heat the oven to 180-200 C. buns rise is covering well with crumbs and bake until golden.

cheerful, yet great recipe. Tonight will try it. Thicken jams will put finely ground walnuts. Only I did not realize how much dough flour needed, roughly.
