Buns with parmesan and mint

Ingredients
# For the dough:
300 g flour with bulking
3 tbsp olive oil
150 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
250 ml water
1 bunch mint
# spreads:
2 medium heads young onions
1/2 connection mint
1 clove garlic
pepper and salt
Method
Water boil mint chop onion. In a bowl pour the flour and mix with the other ingredients for the dough. Once kneaded put in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave for about 30 minutes. Product spreads are ground. Heat the oven to 200C. The dough was divided into 8 parts which are rolled oblong buns. Each is coated with the sauce. Bake on littered with paper baking tray about 10-15 minutes to form a golden crust.
