Ingredients
          8 kg red peppers bell peppers
          # For the marinade:
          2 liters of water
          2 l vinegar
          250 g salt
          1/2 cup sugar
          1 cup sunflower oil
          black pepper, bay leaf
          celery, garlic
          aspirin
              Method
              Bell punctured with a needle. Put in boiled brine only to change color. Once cool are placed close to a 3-liter jars. Pour the cold marinade. Stay 2-3 days. Again, pour the marinade in a deep pot, boil, cool and pour into jars. Put and 6-7 aspirin a jar (crushed and dissolved in the marinade). Sealed. Not sterilized. By filling the jars between bells put celery leaves and garlic.     They go 4 jar of 3 l.
