Butter banitsi with omelet

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
5 eggs
300 g feta cheese
frying fat
1 tsp paprika
Method
Puff pastry thaw. Cut into rectangles. Of beaten eggs and the feta cheese is made omelet in a pan. Sprinkle with paprika. The finished omelet is distributed on rectangles of dough. Folded in two. Smeared with yolk, arrange in a baking dish and bake in a strong preheated oven until browned.
