Butter surprise peach

Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
3 peaches
3 tbsp marmalade peach
20 g ground lishnitsi or other nuts
250 g pastry cream
Method
Roll out the dough and roll up from the four corners a little. Cut peaches into crescents. Dough jam and top arrange peaches, sprinkle with nuts and put to bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Serve garnished with cream.
