Cabbage dolmas with beans and rice

Ingredients
1 cup beans
3 onions
1-2 carrots
slice celery
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp paprika
savory
mint
salt
pepper
leaves of sour cabbage
cabbage juice

Method
Beans are boiled with 1 onion, cut in half, carrots and celery. Drain beans only. Gently fry the remaining onions, chopped with the oil and add to the beans. To the mixture was added the rice and spices. Mix well and it wound dolmas leaf sauerkraut. Ready dolmas rank in a saucepan over chopped cabbage and cover with whole cabbage leaves. Pour with cabbage juice and part of the potion of beans and cook on low heat. Serve cold as a side dish suitable peppers are pickled and dolmas themselves can pour the fried butter or sunflower oil with red pepper.

Until now I did lean leaves or peppers with rice or with beans. When rice always put a little raisins, and binding with leeks.
