Cabbage with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients
1 cabbage
1 onion
1 carrot
3-4 potatoes
2-3 tomatoes
1/2 cup rice
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
8 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp cumin
2 eggs
salt, pepper
Method
Cabbage cut into strips with onion stew in fat with a little water. After softening them add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, rice, pepper and cumin. Pour boiling water and boil to evaporate and. Cabbage pour into pan and sprinkle with the walnuts, add salt to taste. Cook potatoes, peel and pressed. Dilute with hot water and salting. Add to beaten eggs. The resulting mixture is poured cabbage. Bake on a moderate oven until it turns rosy.
