Cake with caramel

Ingredients
# For the sponge:
7 eggs
7 tbsp flour
7 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp crushed walnuts
# For the cream:
3 yolks
150 g sugar
4 tbsp flour
250 ml milk
200 g butter
# For the caramel:
15 tbsp sugar
100 ml water
# For the glaze of egg whites:
3 egg whites
140 g sugar

Method
Beat the egg whites to stiff foam with sugar to them one by one, add the egg yolks and mix spoon or stirrer. Add to flour mixture and mix again. Finally, add ground nuts, confusion to a homogeneous mixture. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the pan covered with parchment size 25x35 cm. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 10 minutes. Repeat 2 more times. Finally, you will have 3 baked the base. Apart deep in a fireproof container, beat the 3 egg yolks with sugar and flour, add milk and cook in a water bath, stirring constantly. And finally add the butter. Stir. Melt the sugar on the stove, reduce heat and very slowly pour the water, stirring vigorously. As with the syrup cool irrigated the bases.
