Ingredients
500 g unsalted fresh feta cheese
10 eggs
400 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
25 g butter or margarine
150 g flour

Method
Blending is the feta cheese and add other products as it is desirable not to be confused with a mixer and a spoon. When the mixture is very intimate, pour into a medium form greased with margarine. Bake at 180 C about 45-50 minutes.
