Cake with grated apples and vanilla sauce

3 apples
1 lemon
3 eggs
100 g sugar
125 g butter
200 g flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar for sprinkling
# For the vanilla sauce:
500 ml milk
4 yolks
4 vanilla
100 g sugar

The oven is preheated to 210 C. The form in which you will bake the cake, smeared with butter and sprinkle with flour . Lemon juice is poured into a bowl. Peel the apples, core them removed and grinded into the bowl with the lemon juice. Mix well with hands. Eggs are broken sugar about 3 minutes. Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, butter and macerate mixture of apples and lemon juice. Mix everything well until thick, homogeneous mixture. It is poured into the mold and placed in an oven for 10 minutes, after which the oven is reduced to 180 C and the baking was continued for about 30 minutes. After baking the cake is removed from the oven, allow to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve, garnished with vanilla sauce. Vanilla sauce: milk to the boil, then add the vanilla and stir. During this time, beat egg yolks and sugar. They add the milk trickle, stir the mixture and return to pot. Fire is reduced sauce stirring constantly until smooth and thickened texture. Then allowed to cool and is served to the cake.
