Caramelized almonds

Ingredients
200 g almonds
150 g of powdered sugar
the juice of 1 lemon

Method
Almonds are roasted in a dry Teflon pan. Add lemon juice and sugar. Caramelized to pale brown - 3-4 minutes. Hot pour on oiled sheet. Once cool slightly broken. Serve in small bowls.
