Caviar from semolina with mayonnaise

Ingredients
3-4 cups water
1 cup wheat semolina
salt
1 onion
200-300 g mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
Method
Meal mixed with cold water and a little salt. Put it on the stove and stir constantly until it thickens and boils. Keep boiling takes no more than 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to get lumps. After cooling, stirring continuously, add mayonnaise, juice of 1 onion and the juice of half a lemon. If need be, add a little salt. Decorate with sliced ​​pickles and olives.
