# For the dough:
180 g flour
80 g butter
1/2 tsp salt
# For the filling:
30 g butter
2 tbsp flour
150 ml milk
50 g blue cheese, processed cheese and cheese
2 eggs
pepper, salt
50 g cheese for sprinkling

The butter is cut into pieces, place in sifted flour, add salt and 4 tbsp water and forms a dough. Place in a round pan and dough is formed on the bottom and sides. Prick with a fork and baked in a hot oven to pinking. For the filling is made light roux from the butter and 2 tbsp flour. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously until a thick cream (if necessary add a further water or milk). Mixture and add salt to taste with pepper. Withdraw from heat and add grated cheese and gradually beat egg yolks. Allow to cool and then added to the beaten egg whites. Spread filling evenly over baked pie. The ends of the baked dough pad is coated with milk and placed again bake in a hot oven. After 10 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and dopicha another 5 minutes until golden.
