Chelamichka - fried chicken with garlic

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
100 g butter
salt
vinegar
garlic
Method
Cleaned and washed chicken is cut into 4 pieces, add salt and fry until browned in fat then capped tightly with a lid and stew on low heat, add a little warm water. Serve with crushed garlic, seasoned with salt and vinegar.
