Chicken Adobe

Ingredients
500 g chicken breasts
1 onion
4-5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 cup water
3-4 leaves bay leaf
freshly ground black pepper
sunflower oil
pinch of sugar
1 tbsp cornmeal
Method
Cut the onion rings, garlic finely and fry in a little oil for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add chopped into chunks and meat stew to graying. Cooking on high heat, taking care not to burn. Add the remaining products dish was allowed to boil, after which the temperature is reduced and allowed to simmer for about 30 minutes. When the sauce is reduced to 1/3, the chicken is removed and fry in a small very hot fat until golden. Thicken the sauce with a little fuzzy in water and cornmeal finished sauce poured into the fried chicken. Remove bay leaf. Serve with cooked rice.

interesting variation of Adobe. Will try. Adobe otherwise what my colleagues Filipinos prepare not like stew. As I said different areas variations :)
