Chicken with Bechamel sauce

400 g chicken breasts
3 potatoes
1 head broccoli
carrots 4
2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper
1 onion
# For béchamel:
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
3 cups milk
cheese 50 g

Chicken fry in a hot sunflower oil on both sides. Remove and cut into cubes. In the same court fry onion, finely chopped. Add potatoes, cut into cubes and pour the broth. Reduce the power of fire, quickly replace the lid and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Add carrots - peeled and cut into thick discs. Allow to simmer until the vegetables are soft. In pot melts the butter and fry it in the flour. Gradually pour milk preheated. Add and grated cheese. When the vegetables are soft, add broccoli florets. Pour béchamel, add diced meat and seasoned with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. * I uploaded the original version of the recipe is taken from a show, I loved it and decided to share it with you. I first time I did not broccoli and onion, also because I did not have breasts, obezkostih 2 legs and cut them and zaparzhih received was fantastic.
