Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
100 g cheese
2 leeks onion
mixture of spices of your choice
1 tbsp butter
Method
Cut leek onion rings, chicken fillet cross strips. Fry in a little sunflower oil, which is highly heat until turns white. Add a spoonful of butter and spices. When meat is cooked add the onions, stir, grate cheese on top and leave on low heat until melted cheese. Can be served with noodles that are cooked separately or rice.
