Chicken with chutney

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
500 g with cumin chutney
200 g marinated mushrooms
200 g marinated corn
4 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dried basil
Method
The meat is cut julienne and fry in heated olive oil until turns white. Pour 1 cup water and allowed to boil off. Add soy sauce and stir. Pour chutney, mix and seasoned with dried basil. Finally add the pickled mushrooms and corn meal mix again, and ready to serve.
