Ingredients
5 chicken legs (only the lower part)
200 g coconut
3 eggs
50 ml sunflower oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt
pepper
1-2 tbsp vodka
fat frying
Method
Cleaned legs marinated lemon, vodka, salt and pepper and leave to stand for about 30-35 minutes. Then each leg dip in beaten eggs and roll in coconut. Fry in a hot sunflower oil.
