Chicken legs with vegetables

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion
400 g beans
250 g canned corn
1 cup rice
1 cup canned tomatoes
100 ml white wine
1 cube chicken broth
2 tbsp Maggie magical taste or a mixture of spices of your choice
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Legs are rubbed with a mixture of spices and sprinkle with flour. Fry on all sides in the oil and remove. In the same oil fry the chopped onion. Add rice, beans, corn. Add tomatoes, wine, spices and 1 cup hot water. Crushed and chicken broth. The mixture was boiled for several minutes. Then pour into a baking dish and top put legs. Bake in moderate oven temperature.

Yes, it was very tasty dish. Only that the legs boiled them and used their broth. I thought that would be so good.

In my view, it is also preferable to boil rather than fry.

I also would fry them. The taste is different.
