500 g chicken
400-500 g frozen or fresh spinach
3/4 cup rice
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil

The meat is cut into small pieces, fry are then added the onions for 1 minute. Place a small amount of water to boil, and then add the rice, spinach and the oil and pour water equal to 4 times the amount of rice. Taste with salt and mint.
