Chicken with rice and spinach

Ingredients
500 g chicken
400-500 g frozen or fresh spinach
3/4 cup rice
1 onion
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
mint

Method
The meat is cut into small pieces, fry are then added the onions for 1 minute. Place a small amount of water to boil, and then add the rice, spinach and the oil and pour water equal to 4 times the amount of rice. Taste with salt and mint.

I just did. Amazing happened. I added a little vegeta, savory and slightly dried mushrooms. Is enchanting. When serving a little yogurt. Thanks for the nice recipe

For dried mushrooms I have not thought to add, but you and I will try.

This will have lunch today, looks delicious!
