Chicken with rice - III type

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
4-5 spring onions
10-15 beet leaves
1 cup (200 g) rice
125 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
3-4 sprigs of mint
salt
pepper

Method
Washed and cleaned chicken cut into pieces and boiled in water with a little salt. In some of the butter stew Chopping onions finely, then add chopped beet leaves, rice and red pepper. Mixture pour 3 cups chicken broth and pour into pan. Top ranks meat and sprinkle chopped parsley and mint and crushed pepper. The dish is baked until ready in a moderate oven.

is good, not many products well worth it.

Rice is too small for a whole chicken.

I also do chicken with rice, and very loving. Good recipe.
