Chicken Salad Asian style

Ingredients
400 g boiled or roast chicken
2 roasted peppers, cut into strips
200 g boiled celery, cut into thin sticks
1 lettuce
100 g roasted peanuts
# For the dressing:
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Method
The meat is cut into strips, mix with chopped peppers, lettuce and celery. In a pan mix the vinegar, the oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. The mixture is heated slightly and her pour salad. Sprinkle with peanuts.
