Chicken in sauce with poppy seed

800 g chicken breasts
400 ml liquid cooking cream
100 g processed cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pinches of garlic powder
spices of your choice
10 g poppy seed

The meat is salted with spices of your choice, I sprinkled them and cumin and pepper and a little savory. Gently fry the meat to the pan to seal spices. During this time we put on the stove to boil the cream, add the mayonnaise and processed cheese and garlic powder, I put flavored ham that so I had a nice mix to melt and slightly thickened. Meat cut it into large pieces and put in glass dish, pouring down the mixture sprinkled with poppy and zapekoh moderate oven for about 15-20 minutes until everything thickens to the desired type. The meat becomes tender and tasty, and the sauce if you can in rare serving small to thicken with flour and pour the meat on top.

At the moment I prepare this dish for lunch menu in the restaurant, however I added mushrooms and onions :) will finally see what happens :)

What do you give the refrigerator and you will surely get better.

I do not have much time to write, but the dish get more than great :) will certainly offer it again :)
